What people say about (Indian Curry House-Banff)

Ravneet Kour

Worst food ever… ordered biryani, fish pakoda. Biryani was worst than fried rice and chicken pakoda didn’t taste good at all. Chutney was tasteless.. biryani was over cooked actually it wasn’t biryani to be honest.. looked like pulao. Left everything after taking just a bite… Also they should hire more people. Sat there for like 10min just for the bill. Not gonna suggest for dining.

This restaurant is located on the second floor and does not offer a buffet, but their dine-in service is excellent. We tried Chicken 65, Dal Tadka with Rice, and Roasted Masala Papad — everything was delicious and freshly prepared. The service was impressively fast, and the staff took great care of us, making sure we had a pleasant experience. A good restaurant with great food and attentive service — definitely worth a visit!

The food was decent overall, though a little on the greasy side. The menu doesn’t have a ton of options, and prices are a bit high — but that’s understandable given it’s a tourist-heavy spot. I tried the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chana Masala, Garlic Naan, and Biryani rice. The flavors were good, but the place could definitely use a bit more attention to cleanliness. It was super busy when I was there, so that might have been part of it. Still, not a bad stop if you’re in the area and craving some Indian food.
