Regular customer. Shocked to see the order when opened at home. Tatters box were literarily one quarter full with cooking oil which dripped out of box and carry bag and stained my car seat. Tried few napkins to absorb it but it was too much to handle. Also, crispy chicken twist was not fresh. Seems staff gave me an order prepared for someone else hours ago. It never has happened before
