Pizza King and Donair

First time ordering here. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were fantastic(Greek pizza pictured) Kudos to those in the kitchen. These were assembled with great care. Premium pizzas with a good balance of sauce, toppings and cheese… and they are nicely browned (not a fan of anemic pizzas) Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered pizza Jan 5 large Hawaiin and a small cheese. Ate half a piece and noticed dough almost completely raw. Tbh thought nothing of it at first then had other family members question if the pizza tasted funny so I investigated further. Without a doubt pizza dough was extremely undercooked. The were kind enough to give us free pizza the next order. Today Jan 18 we cashed in the free pizza. Once again.. raw. Called to ask why pizza looked the same as before and questioned if there was a layer of cheese underneath. Lied right to us and said "yes it's cheese" when it OBVIOUSLY is not but raw dough. Pictures are of today's order.. hope no one else is eating raw dough and If you order from here CHECK your pizza 👍 unfortunate because I loved the pizza the first 2 times ordering from them. A wasted 50$

We have ordered from Pizza King and Donair 3x now and we have been pleased with each order. Each time we have ordered, we have shown up a few minutes before the done time but upon arriving each time, they have acknowledged our presence and they have let us know only a few more minutes - which it was 2 of the times. One time it took longer than anticipated, in which the gentleman in the back came out and thanked me for my patience, and was extremely kind. I have had the best customer service from this business that this alone makes me want to keep buying from them. As far as their food, it is delicious! We have only ordered pizza from them and it has now become my favorite place to order from, next to A1, which used to be my favourite. Their pizza is not greasy and overwhelming like some other pizzas. Their website is extremely easy to nativgate and order from. We try to stay away from skip as it's more costly so it's a great perk to easily navigate their website. I'd also like to add the atmosphere is good, too. It's clean and quiet.
