Well it’s been third time in total I agreed to try eating here.
Second time was recent - last week. We had lunch with my coworker and her order was misplaced; they brought chicken salad instead of shrimp. “That’s what we have in the kitchen”😵💫 okay / never replaced or tried to excuse.. (btw: my shrimp salad arrived with only TWO shrimp😂)
third was today. Needless to say: wasn’t busy at all. We stopped for a dinner this time.
First of all. The serving time was too long. But it’s ok as we were not in a rush and enjoyed conversation. Secondly, when the food finally arrived, it was not was we ordered, again! No chicken in a salad. After discussion a server delivered grilled chicken after we almost finished meal, BURNED. Aaaand, that’s not the end. We were hoping to get some explanation as a minimum, or discount, but instead we were up-charged!!! Ridiculous!!! The menu clearly shows 6$ as addition to the salad but on the receipt they gave us: be ready to pay 8,5$! As they explained they are printing new menus!!! So the higher price is the right one / no excuses or something!! Just looking for high tips, I guess.
And for the desert: there was a shell in our salad 🤦🏼♀️ I guess it’s an ingredient from new menu which we never knew about 🙆🏼♀️
P.S: ordering lobster snack? Be ready to eat bread only🍞
