Olive Turkish Cuisine is a hidden gem in North Edmonton. The moment you walk in, the place feels warm and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a nice vibe. The food is fresh, full of flavour, and made with care. The Trio Kebab Platter was tasty and filling—perfect mix of beef, chicken, and kofta. The Chicken Shawarma Plate was also a hit, with soft bread, creamy hummus, and juicy chicken. Don’t miss the Adana Kebab if you like a little spice. And for dessert, the Baklava is sweet, flaky, and melts in your mouth. Service was quick and kind, and the prices were fair for the portion sizes and quality. This place is a must-try for anyone who enjoys good food and kind service. Highly recommended! Awful Experience at Olive Turkish Cuisine!! I recently took food from Olive Turkish Cuisine, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The food looks nothing like the enticing photos and videos they showcase. What you actually get is far smaller in portion, with ingredients that appear stale and overall poor quality. Another significant issue is the cleanliness of the place. The dining area was untidy, and it was obvious that hygiene is not a priority there. The staff didn’t seem concerned about keeping the environment clean, which is quite troubling for any restaurant. If you care about your health, I highly recommend avoiding this place. The food they serve raises serious questions, and it’s clear they are not maintaining proper standards. Save your money and choose another restaurant where you can enjoy a meal that’s truly worth it. Olive Turkish Cuisine is definitely not the right choice!
