Amazing food!! The brisket was so tender and soft with the flavour being very delightful. The chicken poutine is a must try as well, great portion and lots of chicken in it. The lamb is sometimes a hit or miss. It has the flavour but at times taste a little off. Very tender and soft none the less and great with the brisket sauce they give on the side. Overall great for dates and celebrations!! Staff is friendly and lots of seating.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Edmonton! We visited Backyard Smokehouse and the food was incredibly delicious — every dish exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The place is spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, warm, and full of smiles. I went with my son to celebrate his birthday, and the team went out of their way to make it special. They sang for him and created such a joyful atmosphere — it honestly reminded me of the high-end hospitality I used to experience in Dubai. Backyard Smokehouse is hands down the first restaurant in Edmonton that truly rivals the elegance and service of Dubai’s top restaurants. Highly recommended — can’t wait to come back!
