Every time I come to this KFC—whether as a regular customer or a delivery driver—the experience is terrible. The staff never bother to ask what you need or why you’re there. They just ignore you or act like you’re a burden. Orders are always late, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Today, I waited 26 minutes just to pick up a SkipTheDishes order. In that time, I saw three different customers come in with complaints. That says everything about how poorly this location is run. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. This place seriously needs new management and proper staff training.
