Our must visit place every time we are in Vancouver. It has been a while since our last trip here but we are very happy to see that food is as good if not better than we remember. Visited for lunch and service was very attentive and good, food was out quickly. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing chai and Kheer. Fresh crispy hot naans and very good chicken karahi. Beef in biriyani was tender and juicy. Tried the hariyali chicken boti and that comes with green chutney. All was very good. Hoping this place continues doing well for years to come. IA

Visited this place for lunch and ordered Haleem and vegetable biryani. Unfortunately, the biryani was quite average—it had excessive masala but lacked the authentic biryani taste. The service was just okay, as the staff seemed more engaged in their own conversations than attending to customers. Overall, the place was fine, but my expectations were high based on the reviews. Sadly, both the food and service fell short.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had in Canada. No greeting, no customer service, and no communication about wait times. I waited over 30 minutes just to get plates, and still no one told me how much longer the food would take. Staff were rude and unprofessional the entire time. When I finally got my food, the biryani rice was half-cooked — absolutely unacceptable. It felt like no care was put into the food or the service. To make things worse, the owner was just busy praising his own food and service, acting overconfident and completely disconnected from the poor experience customers were having. He showed no concern for how people were actually being treated. Honestly, I feel like I completely wasted my money, time, and ruined my mood just by choosing to eat here. This place seriously needs to fix their attitude, food quality, and overall customer service. I do not recommend it at all.
