HS Empire Store

This is a great market. The staff are friendly and they have excellent products from countries other than the United States. Bought raisins from Morocco and Syria and pine nuts from Lebanon. Then returned the big box of Sun-maid raisins we bought from Costco - a US product. Small retailers are the cornerstone of our economy. I'm happy to support H&S.

Great products. Costumer service is the worst in town. They don't treat everyone the same and that is sad. I got to the cash paid for my stuff and realized they overcharged me. Mention it to the cashier. She was unapologetic and mean to me like i did something wrong. They need to up their costumer service game.

Worst return experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly, but the boss clearly hasn’t learned the basics of customer service. I was told I could get a refund if the items didn’t fit,
