Swiss Chalet

I ordered 4 family feasts at Mount Pearl location. Food was great but they are getting extremely cheap these days. I forgot to have rib sauce. I always have rib sauce to mix with chalet sauce. However they wanted to charge me 70 cents per pack. The packs are small. If I were to dine in I always get one each and they don’t charge me. The for family feasts and wings cost me over $250. They wanted an extra $20 for the rib sauce. I think this is very petty and cheap. I don’t ever want to go there again. Sandy please be a real manager and advocate for your patrons instead of corporate greed. Please folks find another dining establishment. I’m done with this petty restaurant. Very disappointed.

I have eaten at all Swiss Chalets in St. John's, I always go to one every time I am in town. I live on Northern Penn. This was my first time visiting this one and found that the food... (unlike the other restaurants that I have gone to multiple times in the past and have given multiple tries thinking I just had a one time bad day.) was HOT, the fries were Hot. There was a taste on the chicken, not like it was boiled and then fired on the bbq. The server Jillian H. was kind and attentive, and told me she would make sure the fries were hot. Unlike other S.C, in St john's area who had servers tell me the same and still brought out only barely warm fries and chicken that like it was under warming lights. I had given up Eating at S.C. ever again but I now know where to go the next time I'm in town. My advice is for S.C. fans to eat here first

We have a holiday tradition to pickup the family feastive special. More times than not, there was a mixup in the order. We are delighted that this time the experience was spot on. Food great and exactly what was ordered.
