We had a great experience at Shahi Tandoori. Although the restaurant was short-staffed during our visit — with only two people managing the entire floor — the staff remained courteous and helpful. We did have to wait a while for our table to be cleaned and to get served, but once things got going, it was well worth the wait.
The food was excellent! We ordered Daal Tadka, Paneer Bhuna, another round of Tadka Daal, and Butter Naan — every single item was fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The flavors were authentic, and the portion sizes were satisfying.
The ambiance of the restaurant is also quite nice, creating a cozy and comfortable dining atmosphere. Despite the delay in service, the overall experience was very positive.
We’d definitely recommend Shahi Tandoori to anyone looking for tasty Indian food in a welcoming setting. Just be a little patient if it’s a busy time — the food makes up for it!

We visited the restaurant around 7 PM,
and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The staff was unwelcoming, and the server took over 20 minutes to approach our table with the menu. When he finally arrived, he rushed us to place our order without even bringing the water to the table. We ordered Paneer Pakora, which looked unappetizing and tasted awful.
To make matters worse, after we ordered, it took over 1.5 hours for our food to arrive—just one curry and two naans. While we were eating papads, the server came and started removing the plate without asking. I told him we were still eating, but he ignored my request.
The Mushroom Bhaji was inedible, and the naan was too hard. Overall, the food and service were some of the worst I’ve had in Quebec , and I would not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered food for 3 people :- shahi panner and garlic naan. The worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The paneer is like rubber. It's really hard to chew naan. I got a headache after che
