The food was okay, but the service and whole experience were a letdown. I couldn't even order by phone, then waited 25 minutes in the store. The portions are smaller now, and there's nowhere to pray, not didn't even allow it in a quiet corner

This place is massive with plenty of seating options, which is great. The food tasted good, but I felt the meat portion could have been more generous—especially considering the amount of rice served. It just wasn’t quite balanced. Overall, a decent experience, but a better meat-to-rice ratio would make it even better!
