We ordered the lotus milk cake shared between 2 and chilled chocolate shake for the kid. Milk cake was appropriately sweet and dissolved in the mouth. I felt it was similar to a modernized version of rasmalai. It was a different experience on the good side. The chocolate milk shake was also nice and was loved by the kid. Service and vibe was good too.

We have been going to this location for past 3 years and have had great experience but ever since they've changed there menu, the food is just not the same. Why would you add syringes with syrup or whatever that is. You just added more plastic which is a waste and adds extra cost to customers which is disgusting. The customer service has also been horrible. The staff don't seem to enjoy being there because they never smile. When you see 3-6 people at a table and only bring 2 glass of water, as well as not provide additional serving plates with food which they automatically use to provide. And when you ask, they take forever to bring anything. They use to to be able to let you have a substitute if you wanted something different or split ice cream to 2 different flavors but now they refuse everything and will cost extra. Very disappointed as were not sure we would be returning to Dspot. This use to be our favourtire place and we visited almost biweekly.
