Lahori Karahi Taste Restaurant (Hand Slaughtered Halal)

Food was delicious, that was certain! But took almost an hour to receive 2 orders of food. And forgot about the salad that came with the take out order. Quality takes time i guess.

I recently visited at Lahori Karahi Taste with great expectations, but my experience was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene issues. While enjoying my meal, I discovered a hair in my biryani, which was both unappetizing and concerning. Finding hair in food is unacceptable and raises significant concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant. This incident completely ruined my experience and made me question the overall food safety practices in the establishment. The staff were polite, and the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. However, the quality and safety of the food are paramount, and unfortunately, Lahori Karahi Taste fell short in this critical area. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these hygiene issues to ensure that other customers do not encounter the same unpleasant experience. Until then, I would be hesitant to recommend this restaurant to others.

Went with the family to this local Pakistani restaurant and was ultimately not impressed. First of all the restaurant is just not kept up well at all. The seating covers were all ripped and made us almost walk out. The floors also didn't look particularly clean. Our service was also ok as the food took way too long to arrive even though we went end of day and it wasn't busy. However they did make it up to us by giving us some extra stuff. We tried a number of items including the lahori koyla karahi which was the star of the night. Quite flavourful and good quantity even though it is not cheap. Also tried the chicken seekh kebab and the bihari kebab and both were good although the bihari kebab was a bit tough to bite into. The chicken quorma was decent as well. Finally the nihari was not good and didn't take like nihari. Overall left a bit disappointed and a lot has to do with how the restaurant was kept.
