placed an Uber Eats order from Texas Church Chicken because they had a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer on chicken wings. The deal clearly stated I should receive 8 pieces, but I only received 4. This is completely misleading and feels like a scam. When I called the restaurant to ask about it, they told me there’s no such offer—despite it clearly showing on the app at the time of ordering. If you're thinking of ordering based on promotions—beware. I’m really disappointed with the service and lack of honesty. Definitely not ordering again unless they fix this.

I was disappointed to find a hair stuck on the honey biscuits. This was not just one biscuit—there was hair on all three of the biscuits I ordered as an extra. This is not the level of cleanliness or care I expect from any restaurant, especially when it comes to something that is meant to be a treat. I hope the staff takes extra care in maintaining cleanliness and food safety moving forward.
