We were hungry and hoping for a good brunch. This place gave us much more than we had expected! The food was heavenly, the service was above and beyond, the staff are so friendly and welcomin
The typical expectation for a diner is that they charge a lot for mediocre food. I walked into this knowing I should saver the experience and not what I was consuming. Even with my low expectations, I was still disappointed. Sunset Grill some how made the fries greasy without ever using a deepfryer. The potatoes were not entirely cooked, the meats used tasted as though they were made the night prior, and the french toast was half soggy, tasteless bread. In the pictures provided I showed the uncooked potatoes, the absurd amount of grease dripping off, and the french toast that had not been soaked in batter long enough. I would like to preface that I am not Gordan Ramsey, but if I can taste an incompetant dish, anyone can. Additionally, we had already used paper towels to wipe grease away, and still had an abundance left over. However, the service was quick, and they had enjoyable music, paintings, and comfortable seating.
Sunday brunch is the best. Food is so good as always. Their diced home fries were a lot better than before big chunks. Not waiting for food or being seated. Staffs working hard and busy busy as this area is attracted mostly travellers.
