What a first-class experience this was. I ordered a combo expecting something at least warm and edible. Instead, I got cold, stale fries that tasted like they'd been sitting around since yesterday's lunch rush — if not last week’s. But the real highlight? Watching a staff member eating food in the kitchen while also serving customers. Yes, right in plain view — munching away like he’s on a lunch break and clocked in at the same time. Nothing screams "professional kitchen hygiene" like fingers in fries one second, and who knows what the next. Clearly, management is doing a phenomenal job training their team on food safety — bravo! I mean, who needs basic standards when you can turn the kitchen into a casual snack bar? If you enjoy cold food and a front-row seat to food-handling violations, this is the place for you. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Never coming back. Health inspector can’t visit soon enough.

Super rude staff especially the manager who does not know how to talk to the customers!!!!! While ago I had an argument with the core manager and when I called customer service no one reached out to me after and now I guess she has been terminated due to her bad attitude. Whenever I passed by she was yelling at a customer and it's been a while that I've not seen her. Now there is another manager who was literally yelling at me for not applying the spc discount!!!!! I cancelled my order and I feel so bad for this company that doesn't care what is going on in their stores...... Couldn't be worst than that!!!
