Upon ordering I was informed it would be 8 minutes I specifically said that is fine please make sure the fries were hot. When I complained it was going on 30 minute I was told it would be a few more minutes. Once I received the order I checked the fries they were lukewarm at best they were quickly replaced with fresher ones. Now I am at home I unpack everything and I am absolutely disgusted with the soggy chicken in the bucket as well as it was hardly breaded and the puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket. This is by far my worst experience I have ever had at any fast food establishment and will choose another chain in the future
