Today I ordered a "Rockbox Regular" Chicken & Beef Shawarma from this location and was very disappointed to receive it in a much smaller plastic container than usual. The portion was nearly half the size I’ve always received in the past. What’s worse is that the menu and promotional images still show the normal paper box, which is misleading. When I asked staff about it, I was simply told: “This is what we use.” If you're increasing meal prices, reducing portion size this drastically is not an acceptable approach. It undermines customer trust. I hope this practice is reconsidered.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was extremely rude. Due to their own distraction, they made a mistake with my order. When I politely pointed it out, they responded with anger and disrespect, saying, “You said it yourself!” Then, with an unprofessional and rude attitude, they threw the sandwich bread toward their coworker to remake it. Because of this disrespectful behavior, I chose not to take or eat the food at all. Based on this experience and feedback, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Super delicious large kefta wrap burrito. It was delivered and I would buy again. Got fries with it. Came up to about 18 dollars for the combo. Worth trying something different! Would recommend. the fries were super crunchy and good! All the food was fresh. Regrouped the kefta meat.
