Went to this osmows as of 9:30 Thursday. My review is to the owner of this franchise and sam Osmow’s. Firstly, lets talk about food, before you hire people or let them keep working there make sure they know for how long they need to cook the rice and amount of soup base to water. Now, the chicken, man there is a limit on cooking, dont cook it to be so dry that you cant even swallow it. Aahh, forget that, lets come to the main part CUSTOMER SERVICE; Which i am 100 percent certain that the guy working there at this time doesn’t even know the meaning of these words. Rude, disrespectful, improper way of communication. Seriously who trained this guy? Im sorry for the people who is going to this location in the future. “Chicken on the rocks student discount is only for kids” th?? Dude dont you check the updates? Well when i was working in osmows we used to give to all students doesn’t matter the age just an id is appropriate. To the owner, good luck on the declining sales and customers. If you want to increase sales, change the guy or train him properly!! Just my suggestion all upto you guys. Good luck on whatever you are upto, well i am telling everyone i know to avoid this location coz i dont want them to be treated this way.
