Chester's Fried Chicken Smithville

Big fan of Chester’s—especially the Hamilton location, it never disappoints! So I was super excited to spot this little on-the-go Chester’s in Smithville while passing through. The menu I was shown clearly stated that combos include a drink, side, and biscuit. But after paying and asking to add another biscuit, I was told that biscuits are only included with daily specials—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the menu. I also asked if I could swap for a big piece of chicken and a small drumstick, but was told that’s a separate charge I’d have to add next time… again, something not explained upfront. The staff member was kind and doing her best on her own—no complaints there! But a bit more clarity for customers before purchasing would go a long way. The kitchen looked a little messier than what I’m used to seeing at other locations too. If you’re looking for the full Chester’s experience, I’d definitely recommend the Hamilton spot—it consistently delivers!

Chicken was okay, ordered spicy and got regular. I ordered one empty burger bun they wanted to charge me 7.99$. Very disappointed with the sides. I ordered coleslaw and mac and cheese. Colesl

Fish and chips. What a great deal! Fish was cooked so well I convinced my kid it was chicken! Nice white and flakey haddock. Love the fries and the biscuit! Ubereat this to Smithville on a cold evening in. It is a lot of food for 1 person for a good price! I don't think you'll be disappointed. With all the options on the menu, I think your kids will love it too.
