Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen

I recently revisited this restaurant after hearing it had a new owner, and what a difference! The food has truly transformed—and now it’s absolutely delicious. Every dish is packed with flavor, and you can tell there’s real care and attention to detail in both the preparation, presentation and service. The atmosphere remains warm and inviting. If you haven’t been here in a while, I strongly recommend giving it another try—you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

This Paramount on Appleby is our absolute favorite place to eat. The food is fresh, large portions and so full of flavor. The most difficult part is choosing what to get… We must start with a veggie platter to share as a family, and then between the mixed grill, the Shawarma cheese boat or Shawarma wrap. We feel welcome from beginning to the end by the staff, especially Hamza, the manager with his superior customer service.

The below review isn’t about the food which is general good. This restaurant cannot make up their mind, they change policies and serving times with no notice, their breakfast time changed so many times the latest is today with “oh ya we are not doing Holidays anymore only weekends” but their menu and website clearly states Holidays but hey! It’s whatever they feel when they woke up that day I guess There is no respect to people’s time that git wasted every time they decide to change something and just not announce it, I shouldn’t have to call ahead every single time to make sure they changed something new before taking the trip. Additionally, they are the only restaurant in the country that refused my simple request many times to simply adjust something on my dish to adhere to my dietary preferences :) Why the 2 starts? They have a small play area, a prayer space and the servers are always nice.
