After being bombarded with reels in my IG feed, on claiming how this is the only restaurant in GTA offering authentic Amritsari cuisine, I finally decided to try it with my family for dinner tonight. Below is a detailed review of everything we ordered. Pic 1: Amritsari Bun Tikki For a restaurant that claims Amritsari food as its USP, the bun tikki was an utter disappointment. As seen in the pic, it was a hotdog bun stuffed with cholle and chopped onions. The green chutney was completely missing, and so was the dahi with chopped boiled potatoes in it. Pic 2: Mutton Tawa Tikka with Kulcha In a recent reel, the owner advertised this from her menu, and it indeed was flavorful. Pic 3: Stuffed Amritsari kulcha As soon as we were seated in the restaurant, the servers couldn't stop recommending this dish and kept on mentioning how this is their hot selling item. And this dish was the highlight of our dinner. Pic 4: Nutri Kulcha This one was as disappointing as the Bun Tikki. The nutri was bland in itself, and the gravy seemed like it was prepared in a rush. The restaurant was clean, had decent seating, and the ambiance was inviting. The service was slow, but the servers did warn us about the wait times since kulcha making takes time. The pricing is steep. I paid close to 70 dollars for my dinner, and I was only satisfied with half the dishes that I ordered. The restaurant was far from my place. I traveled quite a distance.

Tried the Amritsari Kulcha, Shahi Chaat, and Nutri Kulcha. The kulcha could’ve been a bit more crispier, but still tasty – 8/10. The Shahi Chaat and Nutri Kulcha were both absolutely delicio
