I recently went to Karachi Kabab Wala and tried their reshmi kabab, gola kabab, malai boti, Bihari kebab, and Burns Road kabab fry. Every single bbq variety was a treat, full of bold flavours and bbq’d to perfection. The reshmi kabab was silky soft, melting in your mouth, with just the right amount of spice to make it tasty without overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. This was a reshmi kebab straight out the streets of Lahore. The gola kabab was rich and smoky, perfectly seasoned with spices that gave it a warm, comforting taste. I’ve not had better gola, even in Karachi itself. The malai boti was tender and juicy af, with every bite bursting with delicious flavour. The Bihari was an absolute legend and totally stole the show with its strong, spicy taste and a slight hint of mustard oil that gave it an authentic touch. Lastly, the Burns Road kabab fry, my absolute favourite, was a star on its own—creamy soft, juicy oily just right, and packed with so much spice and flavour. My only qualm, they should/could have had rumali roti as an option. The food came out fresh and piping hot with the sizzle to match. The restaurant’s atmosphere was hectic at best, with sort of made the meal even better. I’d highly recommend Karachi Kabab Wala to anyone who loves Pakistani BBQ. Don’t miss out on the dishes I mentioned—they’re absolutely worth it!
