I was eating a 3pc meal, and was pulling apart chicken to eat it. Low and behold a lovely chicken brain (or some sort of organ). Was offered a new piece of chicken (which hell no I lost my appetite). They then said they would tell their manager. No offer for a refund. Absolutely disgusting and ruined KFC for me forever.
