Our food was ok but in the time I was sitting here while my daughter ate 4 people who wanted buckets of chicken left because it would be a 25 minute wait for chicken….at a chicken place…on a Friday night. The girl working the cash messed up a man’s order and instead of correcting it said “do you want a refund” which made him walk out with his wrong order and then she loudly said “oh well I still get paid” I work in the service industry, it was very unprofessional and has definitely cost you a few customers. Also, the girl on cash blame management for not allowing chicken drops at certain times like she suggested.

Waited for 30 minutes for my order, I’m pretty sure they forgot my order, as I watched them serve 4 people who came in 10 minutes after me, and all I ordered was a chicken sandwich, was told sorry for the order taking so long, but that doesn’t change the fact I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich, would have been quicker to go to a sit down restaurant. Very disappointed in the service this time around. Visited March 27th, 2025 at 4:30pm
