So me or my friend have been placing order from Osmows princess street on uber eats for quiet some time now and every single time we are disappointed. They either miss a whole item out of 2/3 stuff or miss parts of the items ordered. Like seriously. Every single time we end up getting refund from uber. Today it was the last straw. We ordered 3 items from them in which 1 item was completely missing, in a regular size lamb on the rocks the quantity looked like for a small box and the lamb is freaking stale and dry.
When talked to the person working there he mentioned he didnt receive any order. The girl who I talked to the second time mentioned she cant do anything other than us getting refund from uber or go to the store to get the product. Like if I had the time and resources to go to the store why would I order online. The service is super bad. Never ordering from Osmows ever again.

Received totaly wrong order. I order large chicken on the rocks with standard sauce and hot spice level. But i am getting with lettuce tomatos and no spice level ( other customer order)

However, recently I’ve noticed that the portion sizes have become noticeably smaller while the prices remain the same or even higher. Unfortunately, the current portion sizes no longer feel worth the money, which is disappointing. I hope they reconsider this change, as it may affect loyal customers like myself.”
