I have been eating at Popayes since many years now and I keep visiting Ottawa st outlet lots along with my kids...today I had the worst chicken sandwich ever. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and I was asked to wait for 6-7 mins and I got my order after 13 mins and the first bite I had..the bread was like breaking into parts in my hand, the chicken inside was very crunchy and solid to chew...later I also found all the sliced pickles ends...I was very disappointed and when I showed it to the girl name Mansiwad with glasses she said the sandwich will be different when ordered in the day times then in the late nights..looking at the sliced pickle ends she was speechless and said she would make a new one..I left. Kindly look into this..
