This Turkish restaurant is conveniently located on North End Road, just a 5-10 min walk from the West Kensington underground station. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is very tidy. The female owner is warm and welcoming, and after her recommendations, we tried the Turkish Lentil Soup, Aubergine Soslu, and Adana Kebab, along with Turkish Ayran and fresh juice. They also serve crispy bread, which was delicious when dipped in the soup. The aubergine appetizer was very appetizing, and the minced lamb in the main course was juicy and flavorful. The owner also shared insights about the spices and sauces, and we particularly enjoyed her recommendation of the spicy pepper powder—it added a great kick! To top it all off, they served us hot tea to balance out the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

The restaurant itself may have had a glow up since the last time we were there in 2012, but the food at Best Mangal has not changed. The meat is tasty and cooked to perfection, the charcoal giving it a perfect hit of flavour. Service was impeccable and everything came out relatively quickly considering how busy it was. It's a shame it's so far away from where we live (Australia) because I'm already keen to go back! Highly recommend.
