Magical Taste of China truly lives up to its name, delivering bold and vibrant flavors with every dish. The Garlic Mashed Eggplant was a pleasant surprise—garlicky with a perfectly balanced soy, vinegar, and chili sauce that brought the unique, salad-like flavors together beautifully. The skewers were excellent overall, especially the beef and lamb, which were tender and well-seasoned. The chicken wing skewers, however, were a bit underwhelming and could have used more flavor. The Long Green Beans with Minced Beef were a standout—crunchy, savory, and just the perfect portion. A personal favorite was the Lamb and Dill Dumplings. They were cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the leftover sauce from the garlic mashed eggplant. I would definitely come back to explore more of the menu. A solid spot for authentic and flavorful Chinese cuisine.
