What a terrible experience and shameful act!
I saw a guy flip a plastic bag full of chicken directly onto the hot plate instead of placing it on the grill. When I asked why he was doing that, the lady responded, “We do it all the time, especially when we’re in a rush.” She said they usually cook 80% on the grill and 20% on the hot plate before cutting it. I told her shawarma chicken should be sliced directly from the grill—why are you cooking it again? She clearly had no idea.
Because I was starving, I still placed an order. Then they gave me a regular box instead of a large one. When I asked, they told me I wasn’t charged for a large. That wasn’t even the issue—I was willing to pay for what I ordered, so why didn’t you charge me for the large in the first place?
Then the same person who was handling the chicken said, “We’ll charge you, but give it in a small box on side equivalent to large.” Seriously? Is that the standard now at Osmow’s?
And here’s the worst part—check the photos. A whole chicken breast piece thrown in there.
No standards. No class. No customer service. No knowledge of how shawarma is supposed to be made. Zero problem-solving skills. This business clearly has no supervision.

I was in the area for an event and decided to try this. Food was alright. Just loaded it up with crazy amount of sauce and flavour just disappeared lol.

Had a good experience during my last visit. Sachin was very good at dealing customers. He was very attentive and friendly even in the early morning 6 am. That was absolutely amazing. The dining space and the entire area was neat. And of course the food was also good. Definitely going there again and again.
