Alnejmah Fine Foods

Great variety of dishes. Taste is very good and quality is good. However the place can use an upgrade, it seems to be in experimental phase! No service other than seating. It was also great to see the chef check in on the buffet every now and then. It is hard to find for a first timer and parking is not easy

I had a very disappointing experience this weekend at that grocery store. I bought two packs of chicken drumsticks that turned out to be expired — the smell when I opened it was awful. I called the customer service to ask for a refund and they wanted to put it on me arguing that I left the chicken in the fridge for few days and that what made it expired which is not true!! I found it on the top of the fridge (not inside) and I assumed that it was ok but it turned out to be expired and they didn’t bother taking it away so no one will buy it!!! The customer service and the manager refused to refund me the money and weren’t helpful about it at all. No apology, no accountability, basically they don’t care if someone would eat something rotten from their place!!! Watch what you buy from them!!
