Ordered regular half and half chicken....asked for sauce on the side and was charged 89 cents.... I ended up getting my 89 cents back and no sauce at all. Guy and young girl rude at cash (probably related) find taste dry and gross and couldn't eat. Refused to remake it with sauce on it or offer full refund. Never going back again.
You get what you pay for, the shawarma that I got was mostly meat! And they don't skimp on sauce.
It was my first time eating at Osmow’s. I can say that the service and the food is really great. The cashier guy explained to me the menu clearly, he pointed out what’s in every food. Kudos t
