Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

This was our first time here. We ordered the Nashville chicken tenders with curly fries, and the Nashville chicken sandwich. The heat was good, the chicken tasted good, and the curly fries were nicely done but small in quantity. The service unfortunately was a huge disappointment. We waited for a while and when the food was finally ready they realized they put the wrong sauce on the chicken, and then we had to wait again. We waited a total of 1 hour for our food, there was no communication during that time and they didn't provide any discount or anything. We understand that things happen but because of the lack of consideration for our wait it would be hard for us to return. Everyone's time is valuable.

Got the Nashville sandwich combo and the jalapeño chicken sandwich. The food was excellent, chicken was seasoned well and crispy. Curly fries were flavourful and the portion was good. Prices are a bit steep but otherwise no complaints.
