This was my first time ordering at this restaurant. I ordered 2 Bronx chopped cheese sandwiches and 1 mozzarella sticks. The sandwiches were messy, cold, with very little meat. What particularly surprised me was there was no cheese, which I thought was a given? The sandwiches look NOTHING like the menu photo. The mozzarella sticks were tiny and cold. 6 for $9.99 is pricey. They were literally half the size of the menu photo. Definitely would not recommend.

I ordered two cheesesteak sandwiches and fries from Philthy Philly's in Newmarket, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service. The sandwiches were of incredibly low quality—there was barely any meat, and what was there was dry, tough, and completely unchewable. The bread was far from fresh and did not complement the already subpar filling. The worst part was the fries—they were absolutely inedible, looking like leftovers from weeks ago. After taking one bite, I had to spit it out because it was so bad. I called the restaurant immediately to speak to the manager about this horrible experience, but I was told the manager was "busy" and received nothing more than a half-hearted apology. For serving food of this poor standard, not being able to speak to a manager is unacceptable and shows a total lack of accountability. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. A big shame for such low-quality food and customer service.

Have never been here before and was looking forward to it, was happy to see the buy one get one on Uber so I ordered for pick up. $13.99 for one of these is an absolute joke. There was hardly any meat or sauce on this sandwich and it’s beyond tiny, the whole sandwich was the size of a deck of cards. I would have gladly paid $3 for this sandwich, even the two of these combined was not worth $13.99. This was a rip off and I’m disappointed, won’t be back! Edit: In response to your reply, my apologies your buy one get one was $14.29. I’ve attached photos of my order. Thank you for your reply but it’s crazy to charge this much for such little value.
