I recently ordered the Regular Chicken Fries Boutine for delivery from Shelby’s Shawarma, and it was delicious! The flavors were spot on, and I really enjoyed the meal. However, my only concern is the inconsistency in portion size. Some days you get a great amount for the price, while other days it feels like you don’t. Overall, I still recommend it for the tasty food! Update: I recently ordered lunch (the same dish) via delivery and the team acknowledged a previous issue and sincerely apologized, ensuring that the portion size was perfect this time. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and am happy to update my rating from 4 to 5 stars!

The service is fast and you have tons of options to choose from. Sides and salads as well as fries are great. The missing point is the quality of the shawarma itself. It’s disappointing. The chicken was not delicious and looked like low quality dark meat. I think if they try to improve their meat, everything else works just fine. Also the staff were friendly and respectful.
