What people say about (Greystones Restaurant and Lounge)

We stumbled upon Greystones while looking up somewhere for lunch after hiking at Mono Cliffs. We were celebrating a birthday with the hike so wanted to treat ourselves a little bit after.
The restaurant is beautiful and has a very clean, classy atmosphere. Took a peek at the private dining room by the washrooms and they looked lovely.
There was a mix-up with the dinner menus being given to us instead of the lunch one - we were all a little disappointed we couldn't actually try what we originally picked. The food we ended up ordering was still delicious, as were the drinks.
The servers were friendly and attentive enough - not hovering over.
Overall a nice spot to visit but it is a little pricey - so definitely more of a special occasion one.

Absolutely amazing! The food was exquisite but what made it exceptional was the service. Our server Owen had so much attention to detail from the wine selection and the description of the food. We have been here several times and we are never disappointed.

My wife and I enjoyed our first time dinner at Greystones. Beautiful building and decor. The atmosphere was very nice, although I didn’t enjoy the choice of music throughout our sitting.
The food was very good and the plating very nice. Service was generally good. We waited a very long time for our main course. We were told the kitchen was busy. Strange since we had our orders in about 6:15pm on a Thursday that was not so busy.
Starters: oysters, octopus and bread; drinks one glass of wine; one beer; mains: halibut and rack of lamb; dessert: one crème brûlée to share.
Cost: $240 +tip, which was an expected cost of such a nice meal in a beautiful building.
We will come back.
