The staff is amazing and very supportive and respectful. Our challenge was on food prep. The Smash Burger was burnt around the edges, so the meat was quite crunch on the edges, but the middle tasted great. The main issue we had was the fries dishes they have on the menu. It seems the fries were premade and when we ordered and received the food, the fries were not only cold, but were also stale and a bit hard, the toppings were great, and if the fries were freshly made it would have been excellent. That all being said if they focused a bit on the food prep, the food is actually great and the ingredients perfect, but overcooked meat and stale fries ruined the experience for us. I do want to point out again, the staff was great, very respectful in the way they spoke with us and conducted their business.
