We tried brisket plate and sausage plate at Dickeys BBQ pit in Courtice. The brisket was soaked in BBQ sauce which made it impossible to feel the taste of meat. Meat was super dry and cold. T

Good take on BBQ from the US. Tried a 3-meat meal with brisket, chicken breast, and beef ribs. Came with 2 sides, so I chose caesar salad and mac and cheese. The total with a drink was $33. Really loved their sauce, that was the highlight of the meal (a very acidic BBQ sauce). Portions can't compare to what you would get in the US, so i was left hungry after my meal, but it was very tasty.
