We ordered pizza from this location last night. I requested the pizza be cooked "extra well done", and it was so under cooked that parts of the dough were still raw. We had to cook it in the oven for a further 20 minutes.

I don't really ever write a review but my experience was so poor I decided to do so this time. My friends and I have frequented this Double Double for years due to it always having great deals and great food. It rarely disappointed.. on May 11th I spent almost $100 for a family night and ordered a deal through Uber for a 3 topping party pizza, wings, wedges and garlic bread. I ordered pepperoni, bacon, pineapple with Xtra sauce and well done. I also got the baked Buffalo wings with sauce on the side. What I recieved was a next to raw pizza with almost zero sauce and 1 of each topping per slice.. like 1 pepperoni, 1 pineapple slice, and 1 bacon bit deliberately placed in the center of each slice. The bottom was white and doughy. The wings I recieved were the worst of it. I got a small handful of dark colored, baked, crispy Buffalo wings as I had asked for on top.. the rest were white/gray breaded wings that were uncooked to the point all the breading was like a paste and sticking to everything.. they looked like frozen breaded wings you just left out on the counter to thaw out and called it a day. the wedges were also soggy, pasty and uncooked. half the meal I had to cook myself to try and salvage. A lot of it got thrown away as it was just gross and untrustworthy as chicken is the last thing you want to be suspect. I have never had such a disappointing mess from this place or really anywhere than the one I recieved this weekend. I will let a lot slide and everyone makes mistakes but the someone dropped the ball SO hard on the entirety of this order that I won't be back. It has totally put me off which is unfortunate.

I regularly visit this store about two times a week may be. I’ve noticed some fantastic improvements lately! The new female staff have brought a delightful touch to the place—always sweet, attentive, and eager to make sure every visit feels special. It’s refreshing to see such warm service, and it truly adds to the overall experience. When it comes to their pizza, I can’t recommend enough the Garlic Shawarma—it’s loaded with flavor and has the perfect garlic kick. The BBQ Chicken pizza is also a standout, with smoky, juicy toppings that never disappoint. This branch is my go-to spot for consistently great food and exceptional service!"
