We googled the best catering in mississauga and they came up. Anxious to see what their food and service is like , we ordered a few items on their menu tonight . Ordered online through a third party app and it was very simple and easy . Upon arriving they asked for our phone number and without any looking they just said it's almost ready 5 to 10 min . No problem. 5 minutes later ,another staff came and asked for our order, then she looked for it and found it sitting on the counter ( been there for awhile ). Picked it up in a closed stapled bag. Came back to our house and opened the bag , one item was missing. Called them, they said sorry cant do anything about it if we live far . Didn't offer anything else . I asked for refund, they said sorry cant do anything gotta go online and fill up a form. Now the food is good for the price you pay. Amount of food is enough per portion. But one big problem was the coleslaw salad that came with our food was rotten. All 4 of them . Had to go straight to garbage . I really did not think my first experience with them would be this bad . Unfortunately lack of customer service and quality control on their side , made us not to go back to them for our catering. Just a note for people. Please check your entire order right there before leaving .
