Took a chance visit to this gem hidden in Eastern Mississauga. They were very busy but were soon seated. The service was fast yet unobtrusive, with our server checking on us regularly. The Mango Lassi was delicious, tangy and sweet at the same time and very creamy.
We ordered Gobi Manchurian and masala chips to start, both very well done and crispy. The Paneer Khurchan was masaledar with the right amount of spices. The Reshami kebabs were excellent, succulent and well cooked. Equally good was the crispy honey and chillichicken living upto its name. However, what got me was the Mukka Roti, which was light and flaky, while the naans were wholesome and piping hot from the tandoor.
Zauq is very popular, and booking is highly recommended as witnessed by the huge crowd waiting to be seated as we left.

I ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Behari Boti, and Lomein from Zauq, and overall, the experience was fantastic. The taste was absolutely delicious—flavors were on point and everything was well-prepared.
The Behari Boti was served on a sizzling plate with naan, which added a nice touch to the presentation and taste. The portions of rice and noodles were more than enough for two people, but I felt the chicken portions in both the Biryani and Lomein were on the lower side.
The service was excellent—staff were friendly, talkative, and very attentive. Special shoutout to Ram and Jaspreet for checking in with us throughout the meal and making sure we had everything we needed.
If they focus on increasing the chicken quantity in the Biryani and noodles, this place could easily be the best in town!

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone-elegant, welcoming and the decor was absolutely HEART THROBBING. It really enhanced the overall dining experience.
We ordered Zauq special Balochi chicken karahi, sesame naan and chicken biryani- and every dish was outstanding!!
Karahi was rich, smoky, and perfectly spiced-though it was dry, but went great with naan, perfectly juicy chicken. Chicken biryani was flavourful and aromatic.
Service was very warm, especially Rajwinder kaur, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet refined.
Highly recommended, Zauq has mastered the balance of authentic taste and modern presentation.
Again went to the restaurant on 26-May for dinner, it was again very relaxing and soothing experience, Zoha, Raj and one other girl was so nice to us, it was a fuller visit.
