One of the best beef burgers you will ever put inside your mouth!!!!! The Ladz always hits the spot. Amazing, fresh, consistent food every single time! 10/10 Also, big shout out to Lyba!! First time trying this place and definitely the last . As soon as I walked in from the start the customer service was really bad , the lady at the front very strongly without even greeting us told us there were only 2 tables available which were at the front magically then two other tables come available for other customers . I felt like I was eating there for free by the way I was spoken to with a very rude tone and no regard for any sort of customer service . Food arrived within seconds which was a big red flag the food was cold and had a weird over powering taste . It was luke warm like the food was just waiting for some time . There is nothing that can be done for me to come back to this establishment. I was given funny looks and will definitely be taking this further with management I await your response .
