Incredible spot to grab a coffee and hangout with friends/family or even a date. I come here all the time, and this cafe has created such a vibrant ecosystem and community. I see regular visitors walking in all the time, due to the positive environment that has been created here.
The owner is such a kind and considerate person, he always says hello and sparks friendly conversation. I always leave the cafe feeling at home and want to come back. I come here to do some heavy work sessions, which involve long hours of working away on my laptop. I'm easily able to do these work sessions without any issues.
It's great to see friends, colleagues and people I know in the area drop by, reconnecting with them is always nice! If you haven't been to this cafe I strongly recommend the sulemani tea, which is green tea with a hint of ginger. I would also recommend some of the food specials, as I really enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap which is very delicious!

Very nice atmosphere and place is clean. The baked goods are really amazing. The Service is great & everyone is friendly. I will highly recommend the Almond Croissants are amazing !!! Pink chai tea cold or hot is also very good. Prices are reasonable not expensive at all. Will be coming here and they also have small selection of games. In the evening it does get busy but during day perfect place to work. Sitting is very good as well we went with group of 5. Dont hesitate please goo !!!!

I recently visited Chachee’s Chai Café in Pickering and had the chance to try a few items from their menu — including their chai, falooda, and lemonade. Overall, I would say the experience was average.
The cafe certainly offers a unique twist compared to typical chai places, and I respect the effort they’ve put into bringing a different flavor profile to the table. Each drink had its own distinct taste, and you can tell that they aim for a creative and artisanal style, rather than sticking with conventional flavors.
That said, I personally found the prices to be on the higher side for what was offered. While the presentation and ambiance were nice, the value for the price didn’t completely meet my expectations. The chai was decent but didn’t quite stand out compared to other options in the area. The falooda was refreshing but slightly on the sweeter side for my taste. The lemonade was good, but again, nothing extraordinary.
It’s great to see local businesses trying new things, and for those looking to explore a different take on traditional drinks, Chachee’s is worth checking out at least once. However, if you’re someone who is price-conscious or prefers more classic flavors, you might find the experience just average, as I did.
Overall, I appreciate the concept and the effort, but for me, it’s probably a spot I would visit once in a while rather than regularly.
