Tahini's

I was skeptical when I first went in because I was used to eating Shawarma at authentic non-chain restaurants but this place blew my mind. I didn't realize how far Canada has brought shawarma. So many options but I went with an old school chicken Shawana regular size. Only 720 calories and super fresh and delicious. I'll be back.

Came in on a whim looking for a quick meal that wasn't too pricey and not greasy. Tahini's fit the bill for exactly what I needed! I got the $8 daily deal which happened to be a gyro bowl. Definitely the right portion size with rice, veggies and a nice spicy kick. Lots of gyro pieces as well making the bowl very meaty. In addition to their meat options, there were some veggie options as well like falafel and halloumi. The place itself was very clean and well maintained. A nice touch was that the cashier asked for my name and used it throughout, asking for my preferences. I'd definitely come back again!
