Fantastic Uyghur food at Kroran! Truly a hidden gem you won’t want to miss. The owner, Mr. Mahmoud, clearly takes pride in both ingredients and technique. Long story short, the kebabs are tender and flavorful, especially the lamb fat-wrapped kidney, the texture is rich and perfectly grilled, unbelievable! Loved the minced lamb-stuffed Nan(forgot the exact name on menu tho) and the Uyghur salty milk tea. Everything is cooked with great skill and balance, service is warm too! Highly recommend!
