If I could give it a NEGATIVE 5 I would !!! Where do I start scammers scammers scammers. I went to place an order in drive thru and the guy there said to place the order on the app and mark it pick up now. I couldn’t understand why until I went in to pick up my order and he says to me no order there for a pick up and I was like what do you mean ? I did all on the app and saw the $22.59 come out of my account here I showed him my bank transaction. He left me at the front counter standing turned his back while telling me nope not here. I am livid and they can tell yet nothing to make me a happy customer not even an I’m sorry let me give you the food that I see you were charged for even though I didn’t see it coming through our system. BS !!! . This had nothing to do with language barriers in there but just poor customer service. Now I have to deal with the bank and head office to get my money back for food that was never received. Then I placed the food order again (yes I am very patient and believe in second chances) but told him I am placing the order here at the counter. Then got home and the food was disgusting. Just saw raw flour and raw chicken. The size of my chicken strips were more the size of chicken nuggets. I go to KFC once a year when I need a throwback meal to my childhood times. Doesn’t even taste the same as it did even just 20 years ago. No smiles at this place and they are absolutely rude and uninviting. How does KFC allow people like this to “represent them”? I also found it interesting when I was about to write this review and read others on how all the raving reviews had only one thing in common. It’s no wonder that this place is always empty (lunch or dinner times) and nothing clean about it either for those that say it’s clean. I am so done with this place and hope people think twice before heading over to KFC in Uxbridge. Horrible place in town … stay away !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off you should hire employees that deliver good customer service skills. Second please have your staff wear hair nets. I ordered a big crunch combo and upgraded my fries to a poutine and the gentleman working in the drive thru was rude. As I was eating my poutine I noticed a piece of hair which is disgusting. WIll not be returning to this location.

Great place to dine in for delicious popcorn chicken. The guy working in the front is so polite. They may ask you to wait for some food items; trust me it's worth it.
