5 stars A hidden gem in Waterloo! We found this halal spot, “Kebab Snack,” by chance and were warmly welcomed by what seemed to be the owner. The food was fantastic—juicy chicken kabobs with spicy pink sauce, flavorful lamb with green sauce, fresh salads, Afghan *ach*, lentil soup, and delicious *mantu* dumplings. Saffron rice with dried pomegranate was a beautiful touch. Tea was served the traditional Afghan way—from a kettle into clear glass cups. Great flavor, great hospitality—and all for just $80 for five dishes and tea. Highly recommended!

It was paired with grilled vegetables and a fresh, crisp salad, the dish was well-balanced and satisfying. Iqra does an outstanding job explaining the menu and the service is top notch!
