The owner of your Milton location has no sense of customer service. I found a hair in my food and his team said you are the food so we won't give you a refund and they asked for proof so I showed them a picture of the chicken with the hair. They said bring the chicken . I refused and I didn't want to deal with this person . I have been a loyal customer for silver spoon for the last 8 years. But this experience put me off I won't be returning to silver spoon. I will be reporting this to Halton department of food safety. Please control who you give your franchises to .
