A Must-Try for Potato Lovers! I stopped by Dal’s Potato Bar inside the Founders Food Hall in Charlottetown, PEI, and was blown away by the quality and flavour packed into one humble potato. I had the veg-friendly option, and it was nothing short of perfect. The PEI potato—already famous for its taste—was baked to absolute perfection: crispy skin with a golden crunch and a soft, fluffy interior that melts in your mouth. Then came the best part—toppings! The potato was generously halved and absolutely stuffed with fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully balanced vegetarian toppings. Every bite tasted like it was made with care. It’s clear that Dal’s Potato Bar takes pride in using high-quality, local ingredients and presenting them with creativity and heart. You simply can’t go wrong when you start with a nutrient-rich PEI potato and finish it with love. If you’re looking for a satisfying, wholesome, and delicious meal—veg-friendly or not—this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
